About picture and video quality

Capture backs up you photos and videos in their original quality, so the quality of the photo is maintained. We do not compress photos or videos uploaded to Capture, however when viewing items from our clients photos and videos might be compressed to limit data usage. You can access these full-resolution photos by downloading them on your mobile phone or on the web (using the download function).
